Payment & Refunds:
• Payment for coaching services is required in advance unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Refunds are not provided for services rendered. If you are unsatisfied, please contact me to discuss your concerns.
Confidentiality:
• All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential. We will not share your personal or business details without your consent.
Intellectual Property:
• All content, materials, and resources provided during coaching sessions or on this website are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without my written permission.

Brotherhood Code & Confidentiality Commitment
Purpose
UNSTUCK BROTHERHOOD CODE & CONFIDENTIALITY COMMITMENT
Welcome to the Unstuck Brotherhood. This is not a club, course, or content subscription. It is a sacred, closed brotherhood of men committed to truth, accountability, discipline, and Kingdom legacy.
This agreement exists to protect:
The men inside the Brotherhood
The culture and trust of the community
The intellectual, spiritual, and operational integrity of Unstuck
By entering this Brotherhood, you agree to uphold the standards below.
1. CONFIDENTIALITY & TRUST
I acknowledge that the Unstuck Brotherhood is a closed container. What is shared here stays here.
I agree:
Not to share, repeat, record, or expose another brother's testimony, struggles, breakthroughs, or personal information without explicit written permission.
Not to record, screenshot, screen-capture, or reproduce any Brotherhood calls, chats, videos, posts, or communications.
To treat all Brotherhood interactions as confidential, whether online or in person.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NON-DERIVATIVE USE
I acknowledge that all content within the Unstuck Brotherhood, including but not limited to courses, frameworks, rank structures, challenges, language, rituals, and compensation systems, is proprietary.
I agree:
Not to copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce Unstuck materials.
Not to create, advise, or participate in derivative programs, communities, or content that substantially mirrors the Unstuck Brotherhood.
3. ENGAGEMENT & CULTURE EXPECTATIONS
Unstuck is not a spectator environment.
I agree:
To engage consistently and reasonably as determined by Brotherhood leadership.
To show up with honesty, humility, and courage.
To accept challenge, correction, and accountability as a gift.
I understand that silence, disengagement, or passive participation may result in loss of privileges or rank.
4. RANK, LEADERSHIP & COMPENSATION DISCLOSURE
I understand:
Rank advancement, leadership roles, visibility, and compensation access are not guaranteed.
Advancement is awarded at the discretion of Unstuck leadership based on character, engagement, alignment, and demonstrated fruit.
Payment or tenure alone does not entitle me to promotion or earnings.
5. FOUNDING MEMBER CLAUSE (IF APPLICABLE)
If designated a Founding Member, I acknowledge:
I am granted lifetime access and eligibility for the compensation plan as long as I remain active and aligned.
I am expected to complete the Unlearn Path and demonstrate steady engagement within the first 30 days.
Removal of founding member status is subject to leadership or Assembly vote.
6. COACHING & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
I understand the Brotherhood provides coaching, mentorship, and spiritual guidance.
It is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial services.
I take full responsibility for my actions, decisions, and outcomes.
7. NO-REFUND POLICY
All purchases, subscriptions, courses, intensives, and access fees within the Unstuck Brotherhood are non-refundable.
I acknowledge that I am paying for access, experience, and opportunity, not guaranteed results.
8. CANCELLATION & EXIT PROCESS (REQUIRED EXIT CALL)
If I choose to cancel my membership or access:
I agree to complete a brief exit call with Unstuck leadership or a designated representative.
This call exists for quality control, stewardship of the culture, and feedback.
Completion of the exit call is required to finalize cancellation. Failure to attend may result in delayed termination of access.
9. REMOVAL & RESTORATION
I understand that violations of this agreement may result in removal from the Brotherhood.
Where appropriate, leadership may offer a restoration or corrective path; however, leadership retains final authority in all decisions.
FINAL AFFIRMATION
I enter the Unstuck Brotherhood willingly, understanding that growth requires truth, humility, and courage.
I choose honor over ego. Brotherhood over isolation. Obedience over comfort.
